recently, so she hazn't tried thu washing thing but she saw one at
Walgreens & it looked like Aladdin's Lamp. she hazn't red thu
direkshuns, so she duzn't no iffen it wurks. she did go to
walgreens.com & put in 'sinus wash' & thay diskribed thu washer
thingie. we all r purrin that u feel bedder suun. purrs, Mollie

That's called a "neti pot"and it's what I used before the water-pik
attachment came out. It's of Indian origin, used by yogis. I still
keep one around for use during power failures.They're a bit sloppy to
use, and aren't as efficient as the water-pik one, but yes, they
work.

You fill it with warm, buffered saline solution, and pour it in one
nostril until it flows out the other. Easier to demonstrate than
describe. Sorry.
